We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and respect the confidentiality and security of personal data.

We may disclose personal data to co-operation partners, if the customer has not prohibited the disclosure of data. As a rule, data may be disclosed only for such purposes which are not incompatible with the purposes described in this privacy policy. We may also transfer or disclose personal data to service providers who process data on behalf of us and in accordance with our instructions. We use service providers inter alia to perform some of the functions required by the Online Shop.

Our database is protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means against external data system break-ins. Communications security and risks related to the processing of personal data shall be duly taken care of, considering the likelihood of the risk and the nature of the information protected. Access to databases containing personal data is limited only to authorised persons who have a need to access the particular personal data.

The Online Shop may contain links to third-party websites or to services covered by the sites’ or services’ own privacy policies. We strongly encourage you to separately carefully acquaint yourself with such third-party privacy policies. We are not liable for the privacy policies or personal data processing of such third parties.

8. Where Is Your Personal Data Stored and Processed?

The servers are located within the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA). As a rule, the data are not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, unless it is necessary for the purposes of the processing of personal data or for the technical implementation of the processing, in which case requirements set out in applicable personal data legislation are complied with in the transfer of information.

9. Do We Use Cookies?

We use cookies and other similar technologies to ensure good and efficient customer service and functions. Cookies are small text files that can be conveyed to the device via the service. We use both session cookies and permanent cookies.

Cookies collect information on e.g. the devices used by you and the your activities in the Online Shop, such as information on from what page you came to the Online Shop, what browser you are using and what sections of Online Shop you have browsed. These data will be used e.g. for developing the user experience of the Online Shop, personification of content, and targeting of communications and marketing.

We use or allow third-party cookies to help us monitor our web traffic and see which products have been viewed in which frequency.
