Purchase Terms

1. General

The conditions and definitions set in the general terms of haicolours.com shall be applied in these Purchase Terms.

2. Use of the Online Shop

The Online Shop can be used by persons over the age of 18 who are legally eligible to enter into contracts. To place an order you must have a working email address and a mobile phone number. The use of the Online Shop requires no other registration.

3. Product Orders

You can place an order in the Online Shop by adding the desired product(s) to the virtual basket and making the respective payment on the checkout page. All product orders are subject to availability of the respective products.

Making orders in the Online Shop requires that you provide us with a valid e-mail address. When an order is placed and paid you receive an order confirmation e-mail and a contract between us and you is concluded.

If we have any problems with our stock levels when receiving your order, we reserve the right not to deliver the ordered products. If we are unable to deliver the products in accordance with the order confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

You can choose a shipping method on the checkout page. The shipping methods in Finland are:

  • Home delivery (14,90 €)
  • Delivery to the nearest Posti pickup point (6,90 €)

The Posti home delivery offered in the Online Shop will deliver the package to the address stated in your order. When using this method of delivery, you must provide your phone number to enable Posti to agree on a suitable delivery time.

We will ship all the orders within 3-21 days after the order confirmation. Orders submitted on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

5. Prices

Prices in the Online Shop are stated in euros (€) and include Finnish VAT 24%. The prices are valid for the time being or for a period indicated separately.

Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

6. Payments

We use Svea Payments service (company registration number 2121703-0), which enables you to pay with all common banking and credit cards, as well as MobilePay and Masterpass. Svea Payments Oy is an authorized payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information. Svea Payments Oy will show as the recipient of the payment.

The payment cards accepted by the Online Shop are MasterCard and Visa.

The online banks available in the Online Shop are Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki and Ålandsbanken.

Additional payment options are MobilePay and Masterpass.

MobilePay Masterpass

When you place your order and pay for the products, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If problems occur in the payment transaction or in product delivery, the Customer shall notify the Service Provider of this without undue delay.

7. Returns


The Online Shop has a 14 day return policy. Unused and undamaged products bearing all original product identifiers and tags purchased at the Online Shop can be returned within 14 days from the date when you received the product(s).

Please follow the instructions below if you want to return product(s):

Fill in the return form you have received with your package to fill in the reason of return in the designated fields. By filling in the return form we are able to process your return as quickly as possible.

Pack the product(s) and the return form carefully, use original packaging if possible.

Attach the return label included in your delivery outside the package.

Leave the package for the carrier in the post office.

Once your return has arrived and we have processed it, refund in the amount of the purchase price will be credited to you using the same payment method you chose for your initial purchase. The refund will be paid within approximately 2-3 weeks of receipt of the refund request. Please note that the delivery costs are not returned.

8. Defects

If you notice that a product bought from the Online Shop is defective, as defined in applicable consumer legislation, you may submit a claim to us using the contact details stated in the Online Shop. All claims must be made as soon as possible after becoming aware of the respective defect.

If it is established that you have received a defective or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the defective item as well as for the delivery costs when you return such item.
