The payment gateway by Maksuturva is secured and all data transfer is encrypted. Also we will not give your information to any third party for marketing purposes.

What payment options are available?

We use Maksuturva Group Ltd service (company registration number 2121703-0), which is an authorized payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information. Maksuturva Group Ltd will show as the recipient of the payment.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we ship to Finland via Finnish Posti.

What is included in the package?

Your package will contain ordered goods, return form and return label. Depending on season and ongoing promotions, you might also receive extra promotional materials or products.

What is your return procedure?

You can return Hai products within 14 days after receiving the shipment. Please return products in their original package; also remember to fill in the return form and include it in the shipment.
Stick the return label outside the package (please make sure old shipping label gets covered completely by return label) and leave it for shipment in the post office. For more details, please visit our Purchase Terms page.

Can I return products purchased in Haicolours.com to any store?

No, unfortunately products bought from the webshop can only be returned according to our standard return procedure.

I have made the online order. Can I cancel or change it at this point and how?

If you received an order confirmation from us, but not yet a shipping confirmation (the one containing tracking code for the shipment) there is a chance that we haven't sent it out yet. In this case, please contact our customer service - we will do our best!

Can I purchase the product or size, even though it shows, it is not available?

We only sell products that are currently in stock. In case a product or size is not available on our site, it means it is either out of stock or it is a new model and can't be purchased yet. In case you have any questions or if you would like to make a preorder, please contact us at info@haicolours.com.

I saw your product in advertisement but cannot find it in webshop – what to do?

Why my card payment was not accepted?

Please check that your card has sufficient funds and that it is activated for paying online. You can check this from your own bank or card provider.

Why don’t I get any Newsletters?

In case you have subscribed to our newsletter but haven't received any within 2-3 months, there might be some problem. First, we recommend you to check Spam folder in your mailbox and add info@haicolours.com to the safe senders list. If that's not the case, please contact us at info@haicolours.com and we will investigate it further.

Where can I find more information on the product?

How can I find the right size?

A size guide can be found at Right size guarantee page and in product information.

Nokian Footwear sizing is somewhat roomier compared to walking shoes and contains room for a woolen sock. With Hai Low we recommend that you choose your size according to your normal shoe size, with Hai and Hai Kids you might choose one size smaller than your regular shoe size.

The best is to measure your foot according to the instructions.

How can I keep the boots clean?

The care guide can be found in every product page. You may also want to invest in Rubber Conditioner, which we sell in our webshop.
